Tax free
If you live outside the EU you are entitled to a Tax Free refund on purchases
made in ILLUM. Your total spending must exceed DKK 300.
3 Easy Steps:
1. Have your refund prepaid at ILLUM Service center. Note - you need a valid
credit card (VISA, Mastercard or AMEX). A fee will be charged.
2. Prior to check-in have your Tax Free form export validated either by customs
or Danske Bank at Copenhagen Airport.
3. Mail the Tax Free form within 30 days of payment to Denmark Refund or the
full VAT amount will be charged to your credit card.
